Our facilities are designed to accommodate a variety of events. The space features full air-conditioning and an open-plan layout, making it highly versatile. Guests can access nearby parking and public transport options. While the venue is upstairs and not wheelchair accessible, we provide seating for up to 50 guests at tables, with an additional 10 at the beautifully presented bar area. Bathroom facilities are available for guest convenience, although there is no stage onsite.

The venue has a beautifully presented bar that you can stock for your event with the assistance of an off-site caterer utilising their liquor licence. All bar staff must have their RSA and copies to be provided to The Venue prior to the event taking place. Speak with your caterer about this in advance.
There are numerous local caterers available. Depending on your requirements the local cafe "Thyme Cafe - Main Beach" may be able to cater for you. Their contact number is: 07 5591 8000. Caterers must have an off-site catering licence and a copy must be provided to The Venue prior to the event.
Function room hire at The Venue is billable at $250 for the first 3 hours, followed by $195 per hour after (with a minimum hire period of 3 hours). The daily rate for hire is $2,200 for one day or $2,000 for 2+ days. All prices quoted are inclusive of GST. Please view our terms.

The Venue has clear guidelines to ensure your event runs smoothly. We welcome milestone birthday celebrations, including 50th, 60th, and 70th birthday parties. If you are planning an intimate wedding reception, The Venue offers a charming space, although it is not suited for traditional weddings. DIY theming and third-party AV companies are allowed, giving you the flexibility to personalise your event. For birthday celebrations under 25 years, such as 21st parties, a security guard must be onsite for the event's duration. This service is booked through The Venue’s security provider and is an additional charge payable by the client. Outside catering is permitted, but BYO food and drink are not allowed.
